Fidel is the unofficial "Swiss Army Knife". His unique experience includes being cross trained in both mechanical /plumbing and electrical/technology systems. Prior to entering the MPET consulting industry, Fidel served our country as a heavy equipment mechanic in the United States Marine Corps.
Dianne brings over 30 years of electrical design and drafting experience and is qualified in Revit design for power circuit analysis, lighting and control systems, low voltage distribution. Dianne enjoys learning new things and makes a point to play with her dog everyday.

Principal, Matt is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with Math Minor, and holds his Professional Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Licensure (currently in 14 states). He has been the lead design engineer and/or engineer of record on large and complex projects. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors when he's not at work.
